The problem

You are the reason it works, and the reason it cannot grow.

Every founder-led business hits the same wall. It does not look like a strategy problem. However, it shows up in your calendar.

Everything routes through you.

Nothing ships without your call. The team is capable, but they wait, because waiting is safer than guessing what you would have decided. The business cannot move faster than your attention, and your attention is already spent.

The work lives in people's heads.

There is a right way to do it and two people know what it is. When they are busy, quality swings. When they leave, it walks out with them. Growth means hiring, and hiring means teaching it again from scratch.

AI keeps getting talked about, never shipped.

Somebody sent a tool link. Somebody ran a pilot. Nothing is running in the business today that was not running last year, and the gap between what you have heard AI can do and what it is doing for you keeps widening.

How we work

We build what we recommend.

The advice is the easy half. Most firms hand it over and leave. We stay until the system is running and the number has moved.

What you have been sold

  • A roadmap and a pile of tools.
  • A recommendation nobody has to build.
  • AI pointed at whatever is easiest to demo.
  • A deliverable, signed off and filed.

What we do

  • One constraint named, and the system that removes it.
  • Only what we are willing to build ourselves.
  • AI deployed where it moves a real number.
  • An outcome, held to until it holds on its own.

We fix the system first, put AI where it compounds, and skip the science projects.

Where the work happens

One of these three areas is capping your growth right now.

Every engagement lives in one of these. They are the parts of a business that decide whether it grows or stalls.

  • Revenue Velocity

We tighten the path from first touch to closed deal, kill the leaks in follow-up and pipeline, and put AI to work speeding up the parts that slow you down.

  • Operations

We turn manual, founder-dependent delivery into standardized systems, then deploy AI to carry the repetitive load, so throughput goes up without headcount going up with it.

  • People

We install the roles, accountability, and onboarding that let the right people operate the business, so it stops depending on the founder to hold it together.

What we install

The systems we have already built and handed over.

Every one of these has been installed in a real business and left running. Which ones you need depends entirely on which constraint we find.

  • Revenue Velocity

    Speed to lead

Inbound qualified, routed and answered within minutes of arriving, so good leads stop going cold while someone gets to the inbox.

  • Revenue Velocity

    Database reactivation

The list you already own worked back into live pipeline, with sequences that stop the moment a person replies.

  • Revenue Velocity

    Voice AI

Calls answered, qualified and booked without anyone sitting by the phone, and without the labour line that used to carry it.

  • Revenue Velocity

    Cold email

Outbound that reaches the inbox, with deliverability, targeting and the offer treated as infrastructure rather than a campaign.

  • Revenue Velocity

    LinkedIn

A founder presence that produces conversations with decision makers, run as a system on a cadence.

  • Revenue Velocity

    Meta ads

Paid acquisition wired into the same pipeline as everything else and measured on revenue rather than on leads.

  • Operations

    The Command Centre

One place the founder sees the business from, built on the numbers each role owns rather than on a dashboard nobody opens.

  • Operations

    Custom CRM builds

A CRM shaped around how you sell, with the stages, owners and automations your pipeline actually needs.

  • Capital

    Capital raising

Investor acquisition run as a pipeline: the targeting, the materials, the roadshow and the follow-up that closes the round.

Methodology

In a founder-led business, one constraint decides how fast you grow.

In most founder-led businesses that one constraint is the founder.

You cannot out-work a constraint. You remove it by installing a system in its place.

Advice finds the constraint and implementation removes it. We do both, and everything else waits until the constraint is gone.

  • The list can wait until the constraint is gone.

There is always one thing capping growth right now. We fix that one thing, prove it moved, then find the next. Fifty priorities is the same as none.

  • Advice you cannot install is just a bill.

A plan that sits in a deck changes nothing. We only recommend what we are willing to build, and we stay until it is running.

  • Systems come before software.

AI multiplies whatever it touches. Point it at a broken process and you get a faster mess. We fix the system first, then let AI carry the load.

  • The founder is the first thing we remove.

Every system is built to take work off the founder rather than add a dashboard they have to check. The goal is a business that runs without them in the loop.

  • The number is the only proof.

We measure revenue moving faster, operating drag going down, and less riding on the founder. If the number did not move, the work is not done.

The Install

We advise first, install second, and compound from there.

The same process runs inside whichever area is the constraint right now, whether that is Revenue Velocity, Operations, or People.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Name the one thing capping growth.

Go into the business and name the single constraint capping growth right now. Look across Revenue Velocity, Operations, and People and find the one costing the most.

You getA named constraint, and what it is costing in money and time.

  2. 02

    Design

Reverse-engineer the system that removes it.

Reverse-engineer the system that removes the constraint and decide exactly where AI earns its place and where it does not.

You getThe founder leaves this stage knowing what will be built and what it will move.

  3. 03

    Install

Build it, wire it, run it live.

Build the operating system, wire in the AI, and run it live until it holds without anyone standing over it.

You getA system running live in the business.

  4. 04

    Compound

Prove the number moved, then step out.

Prove the number moved, take us out of the loop, and move to the next constraint.

You getOne constraint gone, one dependency removed, and the next one named.

Then again, on the next constraint

Results

Each engagement here removed one constraint and moved one number.

Every write-up names the thing that was capping growth, the system we installed to remove it, and what changed as a result.

Why Zoovr

We have run these businesses ourselves.

Two companies built and sold. More than forty million raised. More than fifty founders worked with directly, alongside them, inside their businesses.

That is why the work starts from the problem. When you have run the business, you know the problem is rarely the tool.

Book a call

Remove yourself as the constraint.

The constraint diagnostic call is thirty minutes. We look at the business, name what is capping growth right now, and tell you what it would take to remove it. If that is not us, we will say so.

Questions

The things founders ask before they start.

How does an engagement get scoped?

It starts with the constraint diagnostic call. We look across Revenue Velocity, Operations and People and name the single constraint costing the most right now.

The scope is then whatever removes that one constraint, and it is measured by one number.

How long does an Install take?

Diagnose is measured in weeks. Install is measured in months, because a system is not installed until it runs without anyone standing over it.

The exact length depends on which constraint we are removing and how much of the business currently lives in people's heads. You get that estimate before the work starts.

What does embedded actually mean?

It means we are in the business while the system is being built, working with the people who will run it.

It also means we leave. Being embedded is a phase with an end date. The Compound step exists specifically to take us out of the loop.

Is this strategy or is it build?

Both, in that order. Advice finds the constraint and implementation removes it. A firm that only does the first half hands you a plan you still have to execute, and that is the part most founders do not have capacity for.

We only recommend what we are willing to build. If we are not prepared to install it, we do not put it in the plan.

How do you actually use AI?

Where it moves a real number, and nowhere else. AI multiplies whatever it touches, so we fix the system first. Point AI at a broken process and you get a faster mess.

In practice that means AI carries the repetitive load: qualifying and routing inbound, drafting follow-up, running intake, checking work against a standard, keeping documentation current. Judgement calls stay with people.

Where AI does not earn its place, it does not get deployed. That decision is made in the Design step, in the open, before anything is built.

What happens after the number moves?

We prove it moved, take ourselves out of the loop, and either stop or move to the next constraint. That is your call, and it is made once the current system is holding on its own.

Each pass installs another system and removes another dependency. The point is a business that runs without you, so the work is not finished until it does.

Who is this not for?

Businesses without revenue yet, and founders who want a roadmap rather than a system. If the goal is a deck and a tool list, another firm is a better fit.

It also does not work if the founder is not prepared to hand something over. The whole method is built on removing the founder as the constraint, and that requires letting go of the work the system takes on.
